Her career has included working as a Senior Nurse at the National Neurology Hospital, Queen Square, London for over 12 years before commencing work as a Senior Case Manager at the London Spinal Cord Injury Centre, Stanmore. She then joined the operational management team and became a Director of Clinical Services at The North London Hospice and became a Nurse Lead Investigator at NHS Professionals. Being part of the Clinical Governance team led to a natural progression into an expert witness role. Skills/experience: Natalija is a strong advocate for clients and their families and is very passionate about client-centred care. She has worked with clients who have sustained spinal injuries on every level, as well as many other neurological conditions, and is exceptionally skilled with discharge coordination and understanding the importance of individual choice of lifestyle and adaptation in the community. Her role as a clinical nurse investigator requires proficiency and effectiveness and the ability to liaise with multi-disciplinary teams, family members, support workers, local authorities and legal representatives.
